1. Podcast recording

The podcast room is a dedicated studio built for long-form conversations, solo shows and panel recordings.
You get twin broadcast-quality boom-arm microphones, two Wassily chairs, controlled acoustics and adjustable purple-to-red studio lighting. The room is visually finished before you arrive, so the background already has a point of view.
The room is independent from the main floor. That means no bleed from a DJ session, event setup or production crew elsewhere in the building.

The main floor holds a professional Pioneer DJ setup, turntables, a professional mixer, full PA and monitor system.
Bring your set. Bring your crew. The core rig is already in the room.
The space works for private rehearsals, recorded mixes, live DJ streams and filmed performances. The atmospheric lighting rig gives you red, purple, teal and blue washes without needing to build a visual environment from scratch.
There’s also a viewing window from the adjacent room, which gives your camera team a useful angle for livestreams and performance content.

3. Studio recording

Podcast @38 is designed around conversation. Studio @38 is the wider recording room for interviews, livestreams, corporate video, voiceover and media production.
It’s a self-contained space with controlled acoustics, separate from the main floor. You can bring your own set elements, cameras and production team, then work without the noise and movement of a shared venue.

@38 is a warehouse event space in London with a 170-person capacity across two distinct environments.
The event package includes the parts that usually require several suppliers: full bar operation, venue staffing, security, professional Pioneer DJ setup and atmospheric lighting.
The full venue is exclusive to your event. No shared areas. No other booking competing for the room. One contact for the venue, production and core event setup.
